The Xball Reaction is a cognitive trainer designed to enhance your reaction time and quick decision-making by combining mental and physical training.
When the ball impacts the ground, a wall, or a hand, a brief flash of light appears randomly in different colors (red, green, yellow, purple, blue). This random color change allows athletes to work on their cognitive abilities through reaction exercises with colored cones, for example.
The Xball Reaction helps to develop hand-eye coordination and the athlete's ability to read and react by engaging both the brain and the body during training. This enhances athletic intelligence and boosts performance in match situations.

EASY TO USE
STEPS TO USE :
Create a vibration against the Xball to activate it.
Download the ReactionX app from the Android or Apple store.
Activate the Bluetooth on your phone and the Xball will automatically connect to the app.
Open the ReactionX app and choose your language in the top left corner.
THROWING MODE
Click on the Xball icon located at the bottom.
You can now configure your Xball according to your training.
Save your configurations by clicking on Download and then Shut Down.
The Xball will flash and then turn off to indicate that your data has been saved.
Activate the Xball with a vibration to start your training with your personalized settings.
The Xball will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity.
BEACON MODE
You need at least 2 Xballs. The goal is to touch the Xball with a vibration according to the chosen training.
REACTION X APP
The ReactionX app is available for free on Android and Apple stores.
Once downloaded, connect your phone’s Bluetooth and activate the Xball with a vibration.
Choose the Xball mode from the menu to configure the ball.
LOGIC SETTINGS :
Activate by Vibration, Deactivate by Timeout : The Xball activates with a vibration and deactivates after a set period of inactivity.
Activate by Delay, Deactivate by Vibration : The Xball activates after a set delay and deactivates with a vibration.
Activate by Delay, Deactivate by Timeout : The Xball activates after a set delay and deactivates after a set period of inactivity.
SETTINGS :
Delay : Set the delay time for light activation.
Timeout : Set the timeout duration for light deactivation.
Sensor : Adjust the Xball’s sensitivity (low, medium, or high vibration).
Flash : The ball emits a light flash when changing colors.
Colors : Select the colors for the Xball.
Reconnect : Reconnect the Xball.
Download : Download configurations to the Xball.
Shut Down : Turn off the Xball.
SAVING CONFIGURATIONS :
To save your settings, press Download, then Shut Down, and finally Reconnect.

EXERCISES WITH THE XBALL REACTION
GROUND REACTION
Bounce the Xball Reaction to your partner and catch it with the hand corresponding to the color of the ball when it hits the ground. For example, if the ball is green when it touches the ground, catch it with your left hand; if it's red, use your right hand; if it's blue, use both hands.
You can also customize the color-hand association and add elements of information processing. For instance, move towards a cone based on the color of the Xball from the previous bounce. This adds a layer of working memory and agility to the exercise. As always, move as quickly as your brain allows.
AGAINST A WALL
Objective : Enhance hand-eye coordination, reaction time, and the ability to quickly process visual information.
Basic Exercise :
Throw the Xball : Throw the Xball against a wall so it bounces back toward you.
Catch It : Catch the ball with the hand that corresponds to the color of the ball when it hits the wall.
Green : Catch with the left hand.
Red : Catch with the right hand.
Blue : Catch with both hands.
Variations :
Change Color/Hand Association:
Alter the color-hand associations to increase cognitive flexibility. For example:
Green : Catch with the right hand.
Red : Catch with the left hand.
Blue : Catch with one or both hands as desired.
Simple Calculations :
Assign numbers to colors and perform simple calculations based on the ball’s color:
Red = 1
Green = 2
Blue = 3
Exercise : As the ball hits the wall, mentally add up the values of the colors based on their appearance. This enhances working memory and rapid processing.
Movement Integration :
After catching the ball, move towards a specific cone or target based on the color of the ball:
Green : Move to Cone A.
Red : Move to Cone B.
Blue : Move to Cone C.
Speed Challenge :
Increase the frequency of throws to improve reaction speed. Try to catch the ball quickly as it bounces off the wall.
Color Sequences :
Create and follow color sequences. For example, catch the ball according to the sequence of colors and perform a specific task or movement for each color.

THE BEACON MODE
Objective : Improve reaction time and cardiovascular fitness by engaging in high-speed movement and coordination exercises.
Exercise Overview :
Activate the Xball :
Ensure the Xball is turned on and set to Beacon Mode using the ReactionX app.
Touch and Sprint :
Touch the Active Xball: Start by touching the Xball that is currently lit up.
Sprint to the Next: Immediately sprint to touch the next active Xball that lights up.
Repeat :
Continue this process of touching the lit Xball and sprinting to the next one as it lights up.

Using the ReactionX App :
Record Reaction Times :
The app records the time between each beacon’s activation and deactivation, allowing you to track your performance.
