The Xball is a cognitive trainer designed to improve your reaction time and quick decision-making by combining mental and physical training.
Upon impact with the ground, a wall, or the hand, a brief flash of light appears randomly (red, green, yellow, purple, blue). This random color change helps develop the athlete's cognitive abilities through reaction exercises with color markers, for example.
The Xball helps to develop hand-eye coordination and the athlete's ability to read and react by engaging both the brain and body during training, enhancing athletic intelligence and performance in match situations.

EASY TO USE
USAGE STEPS :
Activate the Xball : Create a vibration against the Xball to turn it on.
Download the ReactionX App : Available for free on Android and the Apple Store.
Connect via Bluetooth : Activate Bluetooth on your phone, and the Xball will automatically connect to the app.
Open the ReactionX App : Select your language in the top left corner.
LAUNCH MODE
Access Xball Settings: Click on the Xball icon located at the bottom of the app.
Configure Your Xball: Set up your Xball according to your training preferences.
Save Configurations: Click "Save" and then "Turn Off."
Confirmation: The Xball will blink and then turn off to confirm that your settings are saved.
Start Training: Activate the Xball by creating a vibration to begin your training with your personalized settings.
Auto-Off Feature: The Xball will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity.
BEACON MODE
Required : At least 2 Xballs are needed.
Objective : Hit the Xball based on the vibrations, according to the selected training mode.
REACTION X APP
The Reaction X app is available for free on both Android and the Apple Store.
Usage Instructions:
Download the App : Search for Reaction X on the Android or Apple Store and install it on your device.
Connect via Bluetooth : Once installed, activate Bluetooth on your phone.
Activate the Xball : Create a vibration against the Xball to turn it on.
Open the App : Launch the Reaction X app on your phone.
Select Xball Mode : Choose the Xball mode from the menu to configure your Xball settings.

Functional Modes :
Activate by Vibration, Shut Down by Timeout
Activation : The Xball is turned on by creating a vibration against it.
Deactivation : The Xball will automatically turn off after a set timeout period.
Activate by Timeout, Shut Down by Vibration
Activation : The Xball is turned on automatically after a predefined delay (timeout).
Deactivation : The Xball is turned off by creating a vibration against it.
Activate and Shut Down by Timeout
Activation : The Xball is turned on automatically after a predefined delay (timeout).
Deactivation : The Xball will automatically turn off after another set timeout period.
Settings :
Delay : Time delay before the light activates on the Xball.
Timeout : Duration for which the light remains on before turning off automatically.
Sensor : Sensitivity settings for detecting vibration.
Options include : Low (small vibration required) Medium (moderate vibration required) High (strong vibration required)
Flash : Whether the Xball emits a flash of light when changing colors.
Colors : Selection of colors that the Xball will use.
Reconnect : Option to reconnect the Xball if the connection is lost.
Download : Save and apply your configurations to the Xball.
Shut Down : Option to manually turn off the Xball.
Save the Settings:
Tap on "Download": This saves the settings you configured in the app.
Tap on "Shut Down": This turns off the Xball, ensuring that the new configurations are applied.
Tap on "Reconnect": This reconnects the Xball to activate the saved configurations.

EXERCISES WITH THE XBALL

How to Do It : Throw or bounce the Xball against a wall or the ground. When the ball changes color upon impact, react by catching or hitting the ball with the correct hand. Focus on quick, accurate responses to different colors.
Color Matching Exercise :
Objective : Enhance visual processing and decision-making.
How to Do It : Set a specific color for the Xball to display. After it changes color upon impact, match the ball with a corresponding colored target or marker. This exercise can be done with one or multiple balls.
Flash Timing Drill :
Objective : Improve timing and reaction to sudden visual stimuli.
How to Do It : Use the Xball’s flash feature to make the ball emit a brief light flash when it hits the ground or is caught. React to the flash by performing a specific action, such as a jump or a sprint, enhancing your ability to react to sudden visual cues.
Multi-Ball Coordination Challenge :
